Return Policy

Stanley Cosmetics will fully refund (via credit voucher) or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

Please note that the change of mind policy is not applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it can be returned under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
Products must be sent back within 7 days of receiving them.
Proof of purchase or order information must be included in the return package.
How to Return an Item:
Take a picture of the item(s) that are damaged or faulty.

Include your order number, the name of the items being returned, and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the message.
Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will issue a coupon for the same value as the returned item(s).
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible! Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so notifying us quickly increases the chances of successful cancellation.

If your order has not been shipped, it can be canceled by contacting us.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
